Why Am I Receiving This Message?

• You may only be signed into a particular Facebook account once at any given time.
• You are trying to login to your Facebook account with Chit Chat from another computer, or via your web-browser.

Solution

• Decide (i) which computer you wish to be signed into Facebook with (ii) whether you wish to be signed in with Chit Chat for Facebook or your web-browser.

"No reponsding from server. Send message fail!"

Why Am I Receiving This Message

• Your connection to the Facebook Chat server has momentarily failed; Chit Chat will try to resume the connection.

Solution

• Retype and send your message, if the problem persists, Chit Chat will log you out.

• Signing back in will resolve the problem.

"Incorrect email or password!"

Why Am I Receiving This Message?

• You have tried to sign into Chit Chat for Facebook using the wrong Facebook username and password.

Solution

 

• Type your correct username and password for Facebook, if the problem persists, use the Forgot Password hyperlink to remind you of your correct username and password

"Login session is expired or this account may logged in on another computer. Please re-login!"

Why Am I Receiving This Message?

• Your Facebook Chat session has been ended by Facebook. Whilst Chit Chat for Facebook will try to keep your session enabled – Facebook automatically kicks inactive users off.
• You have logged into your Facebook account on another computer

Solution

• Sign back into Chit Chat for Facebook

• A critical error has occurred on Facebook Chat.
