How to get Chit Chat for Facebook

In order to start using our Facebook chat client you'll need to download the latest version of Chit Chat for Facebook.

Depending on the web browser you use you may be issued with a warning similar prior to downloading our application. Select Run, Open or Save To Desktop.

When you open the file that you have downloaded, you may be issued a warning similar to that below - select Save or Run.

How to get started with Chit Chat

• Once the installation process has completed, Chit Chat for Facebook will start up automatically and you are moments away from being about to access Facebook chat from your desktop.
• Enter your Facebook email and password and click the "Sign in" button.

• Once you have signed in, select a friend on your Facebook contact list and double click his or her name. A conversation window will then open, now you're ready to start chatting with your Facebook friends from your desktop.

How to install Chit Chat for Facebook

• If you selected Open or Run the installation process will start automatically.
• Otherwise start the installation process from the setup icon on your desktop.
• Once the setup process has started, follow the on screen instructions. We recommend that you accept the default settings by pressing "Next," "Install" and "Finish" on each screen as appropriate.
