Facebook Email Login Problems Fixed With Chit Chat Update
Today, we released an update (v1.453) of our instant messaging Facebook software "Chit Chat."
Over the weekend and on Monday, users of Chit Chat for Facebook will have experienced problems with logging into Facebook chat when using their Facebook email. "Login Failed" will have been reported.
Users whom prefer to make use of their Facebook username to login were unaffected. A fix has just been released.
Those of you that make use of previous versions of our Facebook messaging software, Chit Chat for Facebook, will be optionally invited to update when they next restart their computers.
In addition to fixing the Facebook email login problem, a number of other minor bugs have been resolved. Furthermore, users will now be able to make use of a proxy within Chit Chat to access Facebook chat if they desire.
